The problem

Existing productivity apps promise to fix everything and mostly just add one more place to feel behind. Sticky notes, unsynced to-do apps, and browser tabs don't build habits.

What we built

A focus-tracking app that turns work sessions into XP and levels up attributes like Focus, Planning, and Execution. Clean design, visible progress, offline-first, syncs when ready.

Approach

Built as a real product, not a demo: modern web stack, works offline, no bloat. Iterated based on daily personal use before opening it up further.

Outcome

Live and in active use, serving as ongoing proof that Dontdoit ships real, working software.
